telephone bookings are taken on the above number Mon to Fri 0830 to 1600 (not including Bank Holidays). Bookings may be made for journeys starting after 0900 and finishing before 1630 every weekday. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. The minimum booking requirement is 2 working days.

Fares are charged at £2.00 per single & paid to the driver. Annual membership fee: £6.00

Prior to using the service it is necessary to become a registered member. To do this, please contact Dial a Ride to request a registration form. Guildford Borough Council's Dial a Ride is a door-to -door transport service; the minibus will stop a near to the passenger's home or destination as possible.
Drivers will provide assistance on and off the vehicle to all passengers. Passenegsr may bring an escort who will be charged at the standard fare. Guide or hearing dogs accompanied by their handlers may also travel free of charge however, please ensure that you advise when booking the journey.
