Mostly borough of Epsom & Ewell, some journeys to outside borough hospitals

£3.50 return within the borough of Epsom & Ewell, special rates for other journeys.
Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday 0800-1800. Occasionally a Saturday appointments can be covered
Any other details:

Carers can accompany clients at no extra cost. Drivers will wait for up to an hour to take a clients home. For longer appointments asecond driver must be booked.

Also provide a home visiting service, foot care, hearing aid clinics, Sunday teas and give information and advice.

For patients who cannot travel independently to medical appointments and occasionally to take disabled or elderly relatives to visit patients in hospital
Transport provided for:

Epsom General Hospital but including Sutton & St.Helier Hospitals where appropriate

Areas covered:

Ashtead, Banstead, Epsom, Ewell and Leatherhead

Vehicles:

Volunteer drivers own cars

By telephone - two to three days in advance Mon to Fri 1000 to 1600

Criteria for eligibility:

Residents of the borough of Epsom & Ewell who are aged 60 and over or have difficulty using public transport or are mobility impaired
Areas covered:

Anywhere within the Borough of Epsom & Ewell. Medical centres and nursing homes on the borough borders. Hospitals outside the borough as follows: Ashtead, Leatherhead, Royal Marsden(Sutton), St. Anthony's, St. Helier and Sutton Eye
Vehicles:

8 minibuses with seating capacity for up to 14 passengers. All vehicles are adapted to carry wheelchair users
Booking procedure:

Telephone Monday to Friday 0830-1700. Bookings can be made up to 3 weeks in advance. Next day trips must be booked by 1400 on the day before.
Charges/donations:

Annual membership fee £10.50. Fares vary depending on the type of journey undertaken i.e. Dial-a-Ride (appointments), Dial-a-Bus (shopping) and day centre transport. Details available at time of making a booking
Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday 0845 to 1645, Saturday (shopping only) 0845 to 1600
