About Us

ESRTP was established in the summer of 2001 to tackle unmet transport needs in the old East Surrey Health Authority area. It was administered by the Countryside Agency and subsequently by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).

The original partnership members were:

Elmbridge Borough Council

Epsom and Ewell Borough Council

Mole Valley District Council

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council

Surrey Community Action

Surrey County Council

Surrey Primary Care Trust (ceased to exist in April 2013)

Tandridge District Council

The partnership no longer exist as such although our company name still reflects our origins. We continue to work closely with each organisation as opportunities arise to pursue our objectives.
